For nearly thirty years, Gary Law has dedicated his life to protecting Canadians, enforcing the law, and serving our community. As a retired Senior Patrol NCO with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and a retired Major in the Canadian Armed Forces Army Reserve, Gary understands exactly what it takes to lead, manage crises, and deliver results.

Over his distinguished 20-year career with the RCMP, including serving right here at the Richmond Detachment as an Economic Crime, Youth Crime, and Community Policing Constable, Gary worked directly on our streets to prevent crime, support victims, and keep neighbourhoods safe. He later rose to the rank of Senior Patrol NCO, managing emergency responses, mentoring junior officers, and leading frontline enforcement.
For nearly three decades, Gary served as a commissioned officer and Major in the Canadian Army Reserve, commanding units, managing rigorous training operations, and providing strategic guidance under pressure.
